I'm growing!

Well, not me but baby Alyssa. :) Ok, maybe I'm growing the wrong way which is sideways.
Alyssa is about 6 weeks now and time really flies! She's growing really fast and is starting to become more curious about things that are going on around her. Just 2 nights ago, we had the television on and her eyes were wide open and she was just staring at the television.
Over the past few weeks, I've been trying to photograph her whenever I can and I think she's kinda used to the sound of the shutter now.
Just to share some other photos of Alyssa.

Week 3
Week 3 - My Dad loves this photo. I do too. :)
Week 6 - Getting heavier.
Oh yes, she's getting stronger too. I noticed that she likes to kick about a lot whenever I carry her. She does have strong legs.
I would love to photograph more babies and kids so if you would like to have a session with me, feel free to contact me at aloysius[AT]39eastimages.com

Adrian+Cheryl preview

I am in the midst of editing Adrian and Cheryl's wedding images and their emotional speech during dinner has kinda made my eyes wet. I can only imagine how it is like to be based in a foreign land, thousands of miles away from your friends and relatives. Here's an image from their solemnization party at Oosh.

Run away bride? Nah, its just Grace running off to get to her car before we got stuck in the causeway jam. I had great fun shooting in JB over the weekend and i can't wait to post the rest of the images here.

Samuel+YihYin

Its been a great week for us at Haji Lane, clearing weddings and albums but the best part was having Jose Villa and Joel Serrato dropping by our office. They are here in sunny Singapore to shoot a wedding.
Anyways, onto blogging about weddings. Samuel and YihYin got hitched in the Blessed Sacrament Church, the very church Aloysius got married in. I just loved the architecture of the building and the way the light flowed into the church.
